Returns

At HSIUNG, each piece is carefully handcrafted with precision and artistry and we hope you would love the pieces you received from us. But just in case, we offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hi@hsiung.co.uk and we will send instructions dependent on your location. Please note that the return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

We are not responsible for missing return parcels, and so recommend that tracked or courier services are used for returns.

DAMAGED OR TARNISHED PRODUCTS

We are unable to accept returns for products that show signs of damage or tarnish after wear. As fine jewellery, including precious and semi-precious metals, can be delicate, we recommend following the care instructions provided with your purchase to ensure longevity. 

For our plated jewellery, please note that it features a thin layer of precious metal over a base metal. Over time, natural wear, skin acidity, sweat, or prolonged contact with air, water, perfumes, and other chemicals may cause the plating to fade or tarnish. To preserve its appearance, we recommend removing plated pieces before exercising, showering, or applying skincare products. 

 

EXCEPTIONS

For health and safety concerns, earrings (with a stud component) cannot be accepted for change of mind returns. (Ear clips can)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on customs, gift cards or Items on sale. 

 

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge. 


REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
